How the collection takes shape

1. Collection

Create the collection as the long-lived owner container. It is the tenancy boundary, not just the mission row.

2. Setup

Add the missionary, the areas, the cast, and the story seeds before ingestion so the archive can be normalized with context instead of guesswork.

3. Upload + Ingest

Upload the Takeout archive. Once the zip and setup are ready, ingestion queues automatically and the mounted collection appears at its canonical path.

New Collection

Begin a new field book

For now, collection type stays focused on mission ingest. The schema remains generic so other private archives can fit later without changing the tenant model again.

Collections remain private to your account until you explicitly generate a share link for a mounted collection.

Redeem Legacy Claim Code

Legacy collections are transferred with one-time claim codes so they do not appear to unrelated accounts.
